WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR INSPECTION
Understanding Our Perfected Home Inspection Process
INTRODUCTION
Your inspection with Lux Veritas is a detailed, professional property assessment designed to give you complete peace of mind. We thoroughly examine the property to assess its overall condition, strictly following the Standards of Practice set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
Our comprehensive evaluation covers all major systems and components including, but not limited to, the structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roof, insulation, ventilation, interior, exterior, and built-in appliances. We'll identify safety concerns, existing defects, or areas in need of maintenance, repair, or replacement.
Once the inspection is complete, your inspector will provide a summary of the overall condition of the home and discuss any significant findings or safety issues which may have been discovered during the inspection. During this summary, we welcome any and all questions you may have about the home inspection process or particular concerns you have with the property.
