Our Back Story

At Lux our mission is simple: to bring precision, professionalism, and expertise to every inspection. Our journey began long ago as a young apprentice of a Carpenter where I learned the art of wood-crafting, from custom cabinets made from scratch to remodeling kitchens & bathrooms. This is when the fascination of homes was seeded. We later found ourselves in the demanding world of Aerospace Manufacturing where my career as a quality inspector started. After 10 years in the manufacturing industry as an Inspector where safety and accuracy are non-negotiable, we learned the value of paying attention to the smallest detail and following a process with absolute discipline. Today we apply those same high standards to every property we inspect.

The skills honed as a quality inspector; thorough documentation, use of advanced inspection tools, and the ability to interpret complex systems; translate directly into the work we do in homes across Southern California. From structural components and electrical systems to HVAC and plumbing, we bring a deep technical understanding that goes far beyond a surface-level look. More than just inspectors, we are trusted advisors that believe every client deserves clarity and confidence.
